Digital Painting Practice

This is the first task for Digital illustration on week 1. I choose the shape circle to do the Digital Painting.

First, I draw a circle and paint a small circle with different type of blue colour to make me easier to to colour the big circle that I've draw.

Then, I use all the blue colour to paint the circle to make it like 3D. I started with the darkest blue to make a shadow and use the brighter colour to do the highlight. After done the painting, I removed the small circle and the outline to make it look 3D.
