Final Typography

       For the final project of typography, we are assigned to do a 3D typography. We have been divided to a group. My group member is Nurain Ahmad, and Lee Jia Jou. We decided to choose tree as our theme. The reason we choose tree as our themes is because it related to nature and also important to nature. Trees play a significant role in reducing erosion and moderating the climate. They remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Without trees, it is impossible for human to survive.

       We have prepared different kind of material to done the 3D typo.

      First, We measured the size of the typo using steel ruler. The size of the typography is 19 CM high and 20 CM wide. Then, we cut down the alphabet T,R,E,E. After that, we use art gum to stick tissue on the typography to create the tree woods texture. We use tissue is because it is environmental friendly. We wait for around two hours to make the tissue dry. After the tissue dried, we use many different colour to colour it. We use light brown, dark brown, red, orange, and wood brown colour to make it more like a tree woods.

Alphabet T

The detail of the texture

            After done the texture on every alphabet, We use the iron wire to make the branch of the tree. We also use tissue to cover the iron wire. Then we use the green colour decorative wire to make the root at the tree. After done with the branch and root, we use the artificial flower to decorate the typography to make it looks like a tree. We cut down the leaves and put on top of the alphabet T to make it more like a tree. After done everything, we stick the alphabet T,R,E,E together and put brown background behind the typography.

  

Character Design

This is the background i used for my character. I choose this background is because it is suitable with my character which is a phone. 

Portrait

This is the portrait that I have done in Digital Illustration class. I choose an image of a person with an angry face from Google. 

First, I trace the images outline using the drawing pad which is called Wacom.

Next, I put the small images and small circle with colour at the left and right side to make me easier to done the portrait.

Then, I painted the base colour which is purple. After that, I painted the shadow which is dark purple colour.

After done with base colour and shadow, I do the highlight at the brighter part of the face using white colour.

Then, I add up more colour to make it more realistic and detail.

I add up the colour on the eyes and lips to make it more realistic. 

I removed the outline after done the painting and detail.

I add green colour on the highlight because we are assigned to use two different colour for this portrait.

After that, I add more detail on the green colour to make in looks like the people in the images.

Finally, I put the background image  behind it.

Website Homepage Design(Game)

First, I put the black colour at the background and add up some texture to make it looks more excited.

Then, I crop the three army character using lasso tool in photoshop and move it to the abandoned city. The reason I move the characters to the abandoned city is to give people the feeling of the war.

After that, I put the different types of game next to the main games. I use clipping mask in Adobe Illustration to put together the image of the different games.

Next, I draw a plane and clipping mask the flag into the air plane. The flag is to show the languages that available for this game.

I put same images of the game machine at the bottom left side to show that the game are available in those game machine.

I put the title of the game wgich is The Survivor. I use base05 font and White colour to make it looks more mysterious.

                  This is the game that I created under the company of the new game company which is Fredo Entertainment and published by Fredo Arts. The name of the game is The Survivor. It was released in 1st September 2014. This game use the most advanced and high technology. This game is available on Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo 3ds and PC DVD-Rom.

                 In The Survivor, You will play as a soldier that fight for their life. There are three different type of class in this game which is Stealth Class, Infantry Class, Exo Class. This game is based on the war in Afganistan. This game is about failed United States Navy SEALs counter-insurgent mission. Operation Red Wings, during which a three-man SEAL reconnaissance and surveillance team was tasked to track Taliban leader Ahmad Shah.

                   

                  The idea and concept I used is simple. I make it looks simple to make the gamer not confuse with the website. I design the game to let everyone know the game and feel the experience of the game.

                  

                 The colour I used at the background is black and grey. The reason I used black colour is because it represented mystery and power. I use white colour for the game title is because white is a colour of protection and encouragement. I use the font style of base05. I use the base05 font style to 

make it looks more interesting and mysterious.

                 The interface design is to make to gamer easier to play the game. There are Featured Games at the left side to give information to gamer about the new games realeased. In addition, There are also country option at the bottom of the page to show which country are you from.

                 In conclusion, this is designed to introduce the game to everyone and also to attract more gamer to play the game in hope to become best game ever made in the decade.

                            

Website Homepage Design(Cafe)

First, I put the background images of the plain wood. I use wood background to make it feel more like the cafe.

Second, I make the menu book of the Fredo Cafe which contain options of the website for example menu of the cafe, membership, and about the cafe. 

Then, I put images of the hand holding a coffee and the coffee bean at the bottom.

Finally, I write some description and history about the cafe at the left side.

              Fredo Cafe is the Malaysian local coffee company founded in 2009 by Freddie Chok. Fredo Cafe serve hot and cold beverages, whole-bean coffee, microground,instant coffee, full-leaf teas, pastries and snacks. Fredo Cafe provide first class service and also good quality of food and beverages.

             The idea and concept of Fredo Cafe is relax and high class. This kind of concept and idea can win a lot of customer.

             I use brown colour with a wood texture at the background to give the websites viewer calm and relax feeling. I designed this website with simpleness so the viewer will not confuse about the website. In addition, there are also information and description about the history about the cafe.

            To make the viewer comfortable and not confuse about the websites, I designed and put every button or option at the Fredo Cafe menu book on the upper right of the webpage. I also put the image of the coffee beans that picked by Fredo Cafe under the menu book. When the viewer click on the coffee bean, they will be provided  the information of the coffee bean that picked by Fredo Cafe.

            In conclusion, this website is designed to make the customer feel calm and relax. By viewing this website, the customer of the Fredo Cafe will surely rise up. 

Matte Painting

This is the Matte Painting that I've made. This matte painting is about two different part of the world that have been put together at the end of the bridge.

First, I've put the peace and beautiful scenery ate the background.

Second, I put the desert scenery beside the beautiful scenery to show the difference.

Then, I put the beautiful tree at the beautiful scene and put the snag at the dessert scenery.

After that, I crop down the bridge and place it in between both of the scenery. Next, I crop the human with the red sweatshirt and placed it on the bridge. 

Finally, I placed a tiger and the camel at the both of the scenery to make it more realistic.

Website Homepages Design(MTV)

First, I put the images of Taylor Swift that I've saved from the google images.

Next, I put some option at the right side for example Home, Profile, Music, Videos, and Tour.

Then, I add the logo of the MTV because this is the web design under label of MTV. I also add some of Taylor's famous video music to make it look more interesting.

I use this as the web design because it looks more neat and clean compared to the previous one.

                   This is the websites of MTV videos. I created the special MTV website of  the american sweetheart, Taylor Swift. I created this special MTV websites of Taylor Swift because of her both new singles which is 'Blank Space' and 'Shake It Off' that success to reached number one on Billboard Top 100.

                   The concept i used in this website is sweet and simple. I use the concept of sweet in this websites is because the sweetness of Taylor Swift look. I use the simple concept to make the viewer easy to search and play the videos. In addition, this concept is also not complicated and not confuse the viewer.

                   I use the plain colour at the background. The reason is to show the simpleness of the website. I also put a lot of Taylor Swift's latest music videos at the bottom of the website. The main focus of this website is Taylor's face.

                  On the top corner of the webpage, there are a search icon to make the viewer easy to search for a videos. There are several buttons at the right side of the webpages to make the viewer easier to understand about the website and not get confuse. Moreover, I also designed the video bigger to make it more attractive.

                 In conclusion, I designed this website very neatly and clean so it can attract a lot of viewer.
